Robins Landing Development to Begin Summer 2023

Construction of the Robins Landing is now ready to begin after the Robins City Council gave its final approval to a rezoning request. The first phase of the construction project is expected to begin this summer, according to developer Jon Dusek of Hamilton Development Company. Located northwest of the intersection of Tower Terrace Road and Robins Road, Robins Landing, designed as a “live-work-play” development will include residential, commercial, and recreational components.
